I am an adult, and a Taurus, if that matters to you. Full-time student. I don't get out much outside of class and have limited social skills, so I spend the majority of my time alone in my bedroom. I am mentally ill and disabled, but I don't enjoy getting too into details. Some things need to stay in the diary. Collector of plushies & dolls. I mainly torrent and emulate what I can. My favorite movie is Secretary (2002), and my favorite game is Silent Hill 2.
About the Site
Is it even possible to make a Neocities site without talking about how much you hate the current internet? I doubt it. I grew up in the 2000s and 2010s, long after homepages had fallen out of fashion. As I got older, I became interested in the old web and in 2021 I created my first Neocities site. It was short-lived because I deleted it during an... episode, but it gave me my first taste of coding. I'm a healthcare student and don't really have any mentally stimulating hobbies outside of video games, so it's good for me to have a creative outlet. I also like to archive myself and don't do a great job of it on social media, as it makes me feel like I am performing, so this site is a more honest expression of myself. It's my way of connecting to a world that won't connect to me.
